- Project controls support during feasibility studies by adding value from experienced projects and international locations.
- Adapting sample projects to the newly developed project.
- Support the contracts management regarding project execution, administration requirements, project controls and turnover requirements.
Project Execution Phase
- Provide a full or support project controls team.
- Develop execution procedures to cover project controls and turnover requirements.
- Support the development of the project execution strategy.
- Develop the work breakdown structure.
- Setup and maintain EPC project schedules supported by multi-phase and multi-disciplinary progress measurement systems.
- Execute CPM analysis.
- Guide and conduct regular progress and schedule meetings.
- Support weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings and project reports.
- Setup and maintain cash flow analysis based on the project schedule and payment conditions.
- Setup and maintain cost reports.
Project Completion Phase
- Provide a full or support the turnover team.
- Setup and maintain a computerized turnover management system.
- Support the documentation of turnover of care and custody of plants from contractor to owner.
- Support development of post-implementation plans.
Project Close-out Phase
- Provide as-built schedules supported
by man hours and key quantities, cost reports, specific and detailed analysis. - Support lessons learned statements.
Plant Maintenance and Operation
- Develop execution procedures to cover project controls and turnover requirements for plant shutdown projects.
- Support the development of the project execution strategy.
- Setup and maintain shutdown work schedules supported by multi-phase and multi-disciplinary progress measurement systems.
- Execute CPM analysis.
